I have been working as a therapist since 2004. I have worked extensively with children and teens navigating through family stressors, trauma, identity development, and many other situations. I also have worked with adults struggling with life issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, and marriage. I am trained in faith based counseling, however I am comfortable serving clients who are not affiliated with any religious faith.

My past training includes, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as well as Play Therapy.

Prior to working as a counselor, I worked as a youth minister in both church and para-church ministry for 10 years. I am married with 3 children. When I am not working, I enjoy exercising, pottery, and reading.
