Shelly Cordsen, Licensed Professional Counselor has been practicing since 2004. Shelly has a special interest in working with children and teens. She also enjoys working with adults struggling with life issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, and marriage. Shelly is trained in faith based counseling, but is comfortable serving clients who are not affiliated with any religious faith.
Shelly’s past training includes, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as well as Play Therapy.
Shelly previously worked as a youth minister in both church and para-church ministry for 10 years. She is married with 3 children. Her hobbies include cycling, running, and ceramic arts.
