I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

• Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield (all Blue Cross Plans)

• Aetna

• United Healthcare

Please note that coverage can vary depending on your individual plan. I recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly to confirm your mental health benefits, copayments, and any deductible requirements prior to your first session.

Self-Pay

If you do not have Blue Cross, you may still seek services. The self-pay rate is $160/session.

No Show Fees

There is a $50 no show fee or late cancellation fee (less than 24 hours). In the event that you need to chance or cancel your appointment, please contact my office within 24 hours to avoid these charges.

No Surprises Act

You may have heard of this recent change in medical billing. Under this new law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling services. Upon scheduling an appointment without insurance, your fees will be clearly stated in my forms.
